We gladly accept your purchase orders via voicemail, fax, email or regular mail. Each course costs $400. Our shipping and handling charge is $20, and GST is calculated on the combined total. For your convenience, we have an online order form which will total your order, and which you may print out and fax or email to us.


Unfortunately, the prohibitive costs to small companies like ours prevents us from accepting credit cards for online payment at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.

You can also look at the list of recommended text books, which shows the ISBN numbers, supplier's names and phone numbers, and approximate cost.

Course Upgrading Policy

From time to time, as IRPs are updated by the Ministry, courses are rewritten. Minor rewrites, as in the case of Planning 10 recently, are available for a modest update fee. Courses that are completely rewritten, as is currently happening with the Science courses, are elegible for a 50% discount if you bought the previous course within 12 months of the release of the new course, and a 25% discount if replacing a course more than 12 months old.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your faxed or emailed purchase order. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. If you cancel an order after it ships, the materials must be returned unopened, prepaid, and via the same method as used for delivery to you. Returns are accepted for materials which are in unused, resaleable condition within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee and our $20 shipping and handling fee. Prepaid return shipping costs, using the same delivery method as the materials were sent, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

As you can appreciate, we put a lot of hard work into each course. Your use of them is subject to the terms below.
  1. Use of the course materials constitutes your consenting to abide by the terms of this agreement.
  2. The course materials in both paper and electronic forms are copyright © 1998 - ProActive Curriculum Ltd. All rights reserved.
  3. Course materials are provided for use solely within the purchasing school district at the site or sites listed on the this agreement.
  4. Course materials may be modified for use with your students, but may not be resold, lent, or otherwise transferred to another party, in any form whatsover, or by any means whatsoever, whether modified or unmodified, without our express written permission.
  5. The course materials may not be transmitted to students in any editable form, but may be transmitted as Adobe Acrobat PDF files.
  6. The course materials may not be used, or modified for use, over the Internet, or over a computer managed instruction system without our express written permission.
